This is a a newly renovated condo on the canal side of Tampa Bay. If you are lucky, you might see manatees & dolphins as you relax on the screened in balcony. There is also a deck to sit out on and enjoy the variety of boats coming and going to the Bay. The area is quiet with more of a rural feel.

There is a beach just a short walk away along with a bar and grill at Little Harbor. A pool is available to condo residents. Water sports, charter fishing and sightseeing tours are part of the Little Harbor complex.

This fully furnished condo is located on the second floor with stair access only. It has central air and heat, cable, wi-fi and washer/dryer. The kitchen is complete with cooking utensils, small appliances and dishes. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed and the bath has a walk-in shower. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has a queen size bed.

There is covered parking directly under the condo.
