Enjoy sitting on the 2nd floor patio listening to the waterfalls that are located just outside the front door. You will feel like you have stepped back in time while enjoying the “Old Florida” appeal of Dunedin. Stroll or bike thru brick paved streets and admire the Cottages and Bungalow style homes along with the shops, restaurants, art galleries and parks. Friday and Saturday mornings visit the local Farmers Market located in the downtown square from 9- 2.

Take an evening walk to the end of the street to enjoy breathtaking sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico or have dinner at the waterfront Marina. The Pinellas trail runs thru the heart of Dunedin and three incredible beaches are all within a few miles of the condo.

Our guests will enjoy the FREE use of two ten speed bicycles (his & hers), helmets & locks as well as FREE use of our Annual Family Pass to all Florida State Parks (some exclusions apply). You can enjoy Caladesi Island and Honeymoon Island located just over the causeway. Caladesi Island was voted as Americas Best Beach in 2008. It’s only 7 miles to beautiful Clearwater Beach. Baseball fans can walk over to the Toronto Blue Jays spring training site located just three blocks away and watch a game.
