Beautiful Key West/Key Haven house is located on the water on two sides, with luxurious accommodations inside and out. It is a short ride to be anywhere in Key West. The back yard has a beautiful private 65 foot swimming pool with a swim up bar and island. The living area features formal living room, family room, gourmet kitchen with 60 in. commercial wolf range. The large kitchen is a gourmet chefs dream. The house has antiques and decorated from the travels of the owner. The kitchen has a bar separating it from family room that overlooks the pool. There is a new smart TV in the family room with Direct TV, Pandora, NetFlex...no TV's in the bedrooms. There are 5 bedrooms and 4 1/2 bathrooms in two stories. All bedrooms have views of front garden or canal. The garden is an on going project filled with exotic Cuban palms and a variety of other exotic plants.

The back yard has a 140 ft. boat dock with access to open water to both the gulf or ocean. For a boat owner...the house and dock are ideal locations for your boat. There's also a fish cleaning station to on the dock.

As I have lived in Key West for 23 years and have a number of favorite place my friends and I love going to. I am happy to share where the best places to go for sunset sail trips, restaurants, bars, entertainment and tourist sights in the lower keys, Key West and Old Town. I forgot to mention the water..so much varied fun stuff to do!...I can give direction there too or get you connected with the person for your activity! Must be warned, nobody visits Key West just once!!
