The nightly rate is determined in increments of 24 hours such that each 24 hours counts or as a night. For example, from 25 to 48 hours counts as 2 nights, 49 to 72 counts as 3 nights, and so on. The maximum number of people for “at the dock” charter is 8. For an out island charter, the maximum is 6 which is a US Coast Guard requirement. These guest loading maximums are not negotiable.
