Beautiful custom tropical 3BR/3BA home built in 1999. You will enjoy a newly furnished (2012) home with all the amenities. This home has an open floor plan and beautiful hardwood flooring with large French doors from both the living area and the master bedroom that flows to the large outside screened patio, perfect for people to enjoy tropical breezes and spacious entertainment. While you are enjoying watching the boats pass by from the screened porch, you can enjoy some frozen drinks from the pass through window from the kitchen, while being cooled from the 2 overhead fans. When you are ready to wind it down for the evening, you can curl up in either one of the 2 Queen Size bedrooms with a 22 inch LCD TV in each room, or a King Size Master Bedroom with 43 inch plasma TV. Each bedroom has an iPhone docking station for you to enjoy some Jimmy Buffet tunes while getting ready for the day. The living room has a 51 inch Plasma TV and speaker system with Pandora Internet Radio and iPad docking station. Wireless Internet Service is available for you to use to check the weather and fishing/boating conditions from your laptop or iPad.

In addition to the 25 foot available dock for you to park a boat at, this deep water, clear canal is perfect to cool off in with a swim. The swim ladder gives easy access in and out of the water. The property has several fruit trees for you to add to your breakfast or cocktails, including Mango, Star Fruit, Cherry, Avocado and Lime. There is enough parking for up to 8 cars in the driveway, an RV, or if you are so inclined, a prop plane that you can fly into the small Summerland airstrip, just up the street.

After you settle in for a few days of quiet relaxation, the historic and exciting town of Key West is only about 30 minutes away. It boasts dozens of museums, water sports, restaurants, shopping, botanical gardens, beaches and awesome nightlife! About 15 minutes to the north is the famous Bahia Honda, which was featured on World's Best Beaches on the Travel Channel. Only 20 minutes to Sombrero Beach and minutes to Looe Key Reefs, known for amazing scuba and snorkeling expeditions.
