This unit is just a 2 minute walk to view the stunning sunsets on the bay. Each bedroom has a king size bed & full size closets. Living room has 2 queen sleeper sofas and a 55 inch flat screen SMART TV. Master bedroom also has a flat screen TV, cable and WiFi are included. Spacious fully equipped kitchen with new stainless appliances. Dining table will seat 8 comfortably. We just installed impact insulated windows as well. Community washer and dryer's are also available on the first floor.

This unit located in Tavernier is situated in a remote location with many attractions nearby. John Pennekamp State Park is just 10 miles North .If you are looking to go to Marathon Key, it is about 40 miles (1 hour) away. How about famous Duval street in Key West? It is only 2 hours South.
