'Lil' Beauty', our beautiful 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo, newly renovated to the highest standards, and with brand new luxury furniture, appliances, and quality decor, is your home away from home in the heart of the awesome Seascape Golf and Tennis Resort on Scenic Gulf Drive East in Miramar Beach. Resort amenities include the 18 hole championship golf course, Pro Shop, eight tennis courts, five swimming pools (one heated in winter) and acres of beautiful landscaped grounds ending at the stunning Gulf of Mexico, where you can relax on the resort beach with a drink from the tikki bar or take in a full meal at the Whale's Tail restaurant.

Our condo has the quality of a first-class resort, at a reasonable price. The bedroom has a new king bed and the living room has a new full-size sleeper sofa, sleeping 4 total. The renovated kitchen has granite counter tops and top-of-the-line appliances, and is fully stocked with all dishes and cooking needs.

Condo amenities included are free wireless Internet, small beach chairs and umbrella stored in the storage closet downstairs, some children's beach toys, TV/DVD in the living room and TV in the bedroom, and comfortable outdoor seating and dining on the beautiful covered porch that enjoys both the gulf breezes and a nice view of the trees and greenery of the Seascape golf course. There is also a brand new washer/dryer inside the condo, cleverly hidden away under the granite counter.

Whether you play golf or not, this relaxing condo overlooking the fairway makes a great vacation home. The quiet and solitude of the area, nearby peaceful lakes and lily ponds, and surrounded by tall, majestic pines and tropical plants swaying in the breeze, is everything you could want in a relaxing vacation. The snow-white beach is just an eight-minute walk (half a mile) through the resort and across the Stewart Lake bridge, or if you prefer to drive, there is parking available next to the beach for Seascape residents and renters displaying the Seascape parking pass that will come with your rental.

Seascape Resort is a five minute drive to Silver Sands Outlet Mall with over 100 name brand stores, a 10 minute drive to the Destin Commons Mall and Rave Movie Theater, and a 15 minute drive to the Destin Harbor. Great restaurants and fun things to do are all in the area!

Please note: There is a 4-person overnight occupancy limit on this condo. This is not a party condo. It is not available to high school or college student groups. This is a strict policy. Infraction of this rule will result in eviction without notice and without refund. Any damage to this condo will be billed to the credit card of the registered guest. In addition any damage or excessive cleanup to this condo and any refunds to arriving guests for inconvenience will be paid by the registered guest.

This is a dog friendly rental, based upon several specifics ranging from your dog's age, size, and breed, etc. Please specify that in your inquiry. We also require that all dogs be crate trained and left in the crate (brought by renter) when the renters are out of the condo.
