This magnificent mansion with its 20ft ceilings boasts 4 bedrooms and 3 and one half baths. There is also a sleeper sofa and and closet in the library, should you need extra sleep space. All in all, you will find 3 king size beds, one queen sized bed and the sleeper sofa which is also a queen size. On of the King size beds can be made into 2 twin beds, just in case you have children who would prefer a smaller bed size. You will find a generous supply of linens and towels in the linen closet, adjacent the laundry room. The laundry room has washer and dryer, an iron and and ironing board.

The swimming pool and spa are in the tropically furnished lanai,attached to the south side of the house. where you will also find the Gazebo, with its state of the art BBQ, for your alfresco dining pleasure. The Gazebo is next to the summer kitchen with its gourmet chef's range. The Gazebo and the summer kitchen are fitted with beautiful granite countertops..and pecky wood cabinets.. wide and tall sliding glass doors open this space up to the lanai.

If this is not your cup of tea, you might prefer to be fishing off the long and wide dock and decks that grace this remarkable property. This River is world class for Tarpon fishing, so be sure to try your hand. Here you will also find a birdwatching paradise. You will want to bring your binoculars... You will find 50 palm trees on the grounds of this unique estate.

You will find a 'secret garden' with its own pool...a great spot to curl up with a good book. This garden is private and walled. You will find it filled with tropical plants. Two of the east wing bedrooms open into this beautiful 'secret garden'. The gourmet kitchen is graced with all new state of the art stainless steel appliances, about an acre of granite, and more that enough cabinets and cupboards in pecan woods.Yiou will find it to be a chef's dream! The kitchen opens up to the great room where you will find a comfortable leather sofa and a big screen tv. There is a breakfast nook adjacent the kitchen, and of course a formal dining room for those special occasion dinners.

The living room has a big screen tv, complete with a Blue Ray dvd player. It also opens up with big glass sliding doors to the lanai.

You will find a library with a huge desk looking out onto a beautiful view, just in case you need to get in some computer time. There is also a sofa and bookcases that hold many treasures...books and games. What a great place to while away the afternoon!

This magnificent home boasts two master suites, both with marvelous water views. What a beautiful way to relax!

The river traffic will entertain and amuse you....everything from magnificent million dollar yachts to a simple lonely kayak will float past the dock. This river is part of Florida's famous inland waterways. It connects the Gulf of Mexico with the Atlantic Ocean, so all manner of sial and motor boats will come and go past this beautiful spot on the river bank. There is an occasional paddle wheeler replica steamship that will come up river, and you will see an occasional tugboat as well. Many familys use this water way with waverunners and water skiing on weekends. You can try your hand at crab catching off the dock. World famous blue crab abundantly inhabit these waters. Sweetwater Marina is just a short distance up the river.

You will find a three car oversized garage attached to the house, as well as plenty of off street parking.

Whatever your desire, you will find it here, or within minutes away...this residence is located just a short 2 miles from the freeway, I75. For your convience, there is a Publix Super market just a short 1 mile away and across the River via highway 31. This shopping center also boast a Walgreen's drug store, , a pub, several eateries a bank and a nail salon. There is a a gas station and a liquor store here as well. Everything you might desire to complement your stay is just around the corner.
