The fabulous warm house is located in South West Florida more specifically in the beautiful town of Port Charlotte. 2015 house was renovated with a protected pool area equipped.

The south orientation allows you whether to relax in summer or winter in the sun. Or do you prefer a round of grilling ?!

Oh, why not both? It is, after all, holidays.

In a few minutes you reach the city center or the beach.

The Master Bedroom features a king-size bed, closet and separate access to the bathroom.

Bedroom number two has a queen size bed and a closet.

The living room has a comfortable couch and an even cozier chairs in front, so that you enjoy about 250 programs on the 60 "flat screen TV, or surf the signature W Lan.

For 6 people in the inner dining room is designed in an elegant white.

Stove, microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator with ice maker and various accessories.

Pool area:

The pool has the dimensions of approximately 8.30 m X 4.40 m, and is at the lowest point approximately 1.82 m. The water is not specially heated, but the pool is facing south. So you can enjoy the sun all day, and the temperature should make pleasant.

In the protected from insects area also has a dining table for 6 people and a barbecue.

Garage:

In the garage there are washer and dryer, which can also be accessed by an access from the house. The garage door is not automatic.
