This lovely home is mid-way between Sarasota and St Petersburg and is located at The Fairways, in the heart of the Imperial Lakewoods. This quiet residential community is maintained to a very high standard, and is surrounded by lakes and the golf course of Moccasin Wallow Golf Club. This comfortable home overlooks natural preserves to the front and rear. The private, fully screened pool (29ft x 13ft, depth graduates from 3ft to 6ft) and outside dining area face south-west. Outside lighting makes for great evenings relaxing with family and friends over a meal.

The bedrooms and bathrooms are over 2 floors with air conditioning to both floors and access to the pool from the dining area. The fully equipped kitchen has an electric range, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. All utensils and kitchenware are supplied. There is a separate laundry room with large washer and dryer. The master bedroom features a king size bed and ceiling fan with remote control. It also has an en-suite bathroom with large shower enclosure and bath tub. Nearby Bradenton has shopping, fishing and water sports. Sarasota is famous for its fabulous beaches and features the Mote Marine Aquarium, the Ringling Museum, the Van Wezel Performing Arts Center, theatres, boutiques, fine bistros and restaurants. The new Mall at University Town Center is a 20 minute drive south on the I-75.

There are 35 miles of award-winning white-sand beaches half an hour's drive away at St. Petersburg and Clearwater. Watersports are popular along the warm, calm Gulf Coast shoreline with dolphin watches, pirate and sea-life safari cruises, kayaking, kite surfing, windsurfing and snorkelling. There is also fine dining, beach bars and festivals. The Salvador Dali museum can be found in downtown St Petersburg.

A short drive from St Petersburg is the city of Tampa with more shopping, dining and night-life. It features the Florida Aquarium and there are rollercoaster thrills at Busch Gardens, sister park to Sea World at Orlando.
