Condo is located in 'THE CLUB at Mexico Beach', the most desired condos in Mexico Beach! Cape San Blas is visible from the balcony, as well as the Dolphins every morning. It is a 3BR/2BA ocean “front” view unit (not a side unit) with 1552 square feet plus balcony and was recently built in 2007. Living areas of this unit have beautiful reclaimed wood floors, granite countertops and 9 foot ceilings. Master has King Size bed with separate shower and large garden tub. Queen size beds in the other two bedrooms. Additionally, there is a sectional sofa plus queen & twin air mattresses. There is cable TV (flat screens in every room including a 55' with DVD/Blue Ray in Living Room), Free WiFi, and covered parking. The kitchen is fully stocked. Allow 90 seconds to walk from living room of condo to white sand beach! Condo front door overlooks center of pool and hot tub. Elevator is approx 50 feet from condo. There are multiple restaurants within walking distance including Toucan's which is less than a 5-minute walk down the beach when you need a sun or sand break. Toucan is a great place for the entire family with its beach playground, beach volleyball, indoor/outdoor live music, sports bar with more than 15 televisions, and of course the great food! Bikes are also a great transportation source, so feel free to rent them or bring your own (bike racks in the parking garage). Come visit one of Florida's top 3 incredibly white sand beaches as referenced in recent articles. It is common for visitors to set up their favorite umbrella or tent spot on the beach and leave it for the week! Jetski rentals, banana boat rides, parasailing, and much more also within walking distance!
