New to the market! Oceanfront, on the beach/Gulf of Mexico! Watch sunsets from either of the two porches or down on the beach minutes away! Our beautifully refurbished END townhouse overlooks the beach and ocean! Our Palm trees on the side allow the morning sun to filter through - they also provide shade for our outdoor private sitting area! We have an outdoor shower (there is something special about showering outside!), a new upstairs balcony off the master bedroom, as well as a screened porch off the family room, both with wonderful ocean views! The kitchen boasts all four brand new stainless steel large appliances - the fridge has filtered water! New coffee machine, kettle, toaster, blender etc etc plus pots and pans, plates, dishes and glassware - almost everything you will need - even a garlic press! The heated swimming pool is only a few steps away and is also on the Gulf/Ocean and over the road from the tennis court. There is also a brand new Sony Bravia 55 inch HD flat screen Smart TV in the family room, as well as two new HD TVs in the master and second bedroom (one a Smart TV) for you to enjoy. On the property there is a golf cart, 2 bikes, helmets, tennis rackets, kayak, SUP, and life jackets. All good quality linens and bath towels, a pack n play for baby, as well as beach towels, a beach umbrella and beach chairs. Also included is cable television and wireless internet access, all paper supplies, dishwasher and washing machine pods, dish and hand soap etc. The Master bedroom has a King bed and the second bedroom has a converted King bed. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. There is a single built-in sleeper bed under the stairs. There is brand new family room furniture and a large dining table with 8 new dining room chairs. Our concierge can pre stock or restock your pantry if you so desire, but Publix is very close by before you board the ferry. Ideas of what to do and where to go/eat are there to greet you on arrival!

Don Pedro Island (Palm Island) is a barrier island and only a short ferry ride (you have to drive your car on and off the barge) from the mainland, which helps to keep the island and beach quiet. There is a small resort-type property that offers a casual restaurant, ice cream/deli shop and a cute gift store - there are no large high-rise buildings or beach bars. The beaches are not crowded - you could possibly call it nature's unspoiled paradise - both from our dock (sunrises that side)and surf fishing, dolphin sightings, pelicans diving into the ocean, birds, gopher tortoises - nature on your doorstep. Golf carts are the preferred choice for getting around the small island roads so go exploring!

Off island, there is great Publix, local restaurants, quaint shops, golf courses and Boca Grande Island. Cayo Costa Island and Cabbage Key are only a boat ride away! Unwind throughout the day and maybe end it all with an amazing sunset which can be seen overlooking the Gulf at this “get-away-from-it-all” destination!
