A spiral staircase leads to the upstairs seating area which overlooks the great room from a 30 foot wide balcony, and bedroom with a full size bed. A second bedroom with a twin bed is located downstairs, as is the laundry / bathroom.

Perfect for family reunions, or a weekend of football, when you're ready to get away from the crowd and just enjoy family and friends, this is can be your own private space, with plenty of room, where everyone can get together to enjoy the weather outside on the deck, or inside sitting around the dinning table.

PLEASE NOTE:

Converted with an emphasis on the common area, which is very large, the bedrooms are on the other hand are very small. It should also be noted that until you become accustomed to them, spiral staircases can be tricky to navigate, so this setting may not be suitable for very active young children, who if careless could fall down the stairs. It should also be noted the despite the fact the the main area of the building has a 14 foot ceiling, the ceiling height of the other rooms is less than eight feet, which very tall individuals may find disconcerting. It should also be noted that the shower is very small.
