Beautiful home on a beautiful lake! Come experience the REAL Florida in our beautiful home on private Lake Jeffords, in North Central Florida. Relax as you sit on the porch and listen to the stream as it steadily flows through the edge of the property. Cast a line off the dock or launch your boat at the near by private boat ramp. Or cozy up with your sweetie next to the fireplace. However you choose to spend your time here, you will enjoy every second!

You will feel completely at home as you escape from the hustle and bustle of the city and everyday life. We have provided our guests with every luxury of home, without the noise and stress. At Lake Jeffords Retreat, you will find a quiet neighborhood, a private lake, a sturdy dock with a boat house, a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dining room seating for 6-9, central heat and air, two large flat screen TVs, WiFi, surround sound, comfy leather couches, hard wood floors, fireplace, and a screened in porch. The beds have been made with Egyptian cotton sheets and have new pillow top mattresses. Bathrooms are clean, up to date, and beautifully furnished. There is plenty of room for parking trucks, cars, and a boat, maybe even two!

We are conveniently located in Hawthorne, Florida. Lake Jeffords Retreat is easily found, on a paved road. From our home, you are less than a two hour drive to ALL the typical Florida hot spots! Disney World, Orlando, and Orlando International Airport is 1 hour and 40 minutes away. The beach, either coast, is 1-2 hour drive. World famous Daytona Beach is 1 hour and 40 minutes. Ocala, also known as Horse Country, is a quick 30 minute drive. Historic St. Augustine is 1 hour and 20 minutes. Jacksonville International airport is1 hour and 30 minutes away. Gainesville and the University of Florida ((GO GATORS)) is a 20-25 minute drive. In Gainesville you will find all the big name grocery and shopping chains. However, there is a small grocery store, gas stations, CVS, dollar store, and small local run restaurants located 5- 10 minutes away.
