The Living Room, Dining room, and Master Bedroom each directly access the lanai. The fully equipped Kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The large master bedroom has a king size bed with an en suite bathroom and walk-in closet. You will have plenty of privacy in this bedroom as the guest bedroom and den are located on the other side of the house. The guest bedroom offers queen sized bed and shares a bathroom with the den which has a sleeper sofa available for use.

Enjoy grilling dinner on the gas BBQ and eating in the lanai which has ample seating for six or inside the dining room which also seats six. Listen to music utilizing the outdoor speakers or enjoy watching television on the 37" outdoor television . Don’t forget to grab a drink from the outdoor mini-fridge or mix one up at the indoor wet bar! 50” flatscreen TV with Cable, surround sound, and DVD player available in Living room along with TVs in the Master Bedroom, and Den.
