Located in a nice quiet North Port neighborhood, this comfortable three bedroom, two bath, vacation home is situated on a very nice lot. It has a spacious backyard with a park like setting.

The house is very clean and fully furnished. The master bedroom features a king size bed with an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. There are two guest bedrooms, both furnished with a queen size beds. The main bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your everyday needs. The living and dining room have an open floor plan. For added comfort and convenience for our guests, this home is fully air conditioned, has a washer and dryer, cable television and internet access. For some Florida outdoor living there is a separate lanai/breakfast room.

The home is outfitted with quality bedding (comforters, linens, blankets) and towels (bath, beach, kitchen). The home is stocked with all necessary kitchen housewares (pots & pans, dishes, silverware, glassware, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc.). Some of the furnishings pictured in our ad, along with the room colors, may change as we are making continual property improvements to enhance our guest’s overall comfort and experience.

The area has an abundance of shopping, grocery stores, fast food, fine dining, movie theaters, parks, bike trails, and golf courses just minutes away. Also close by is the famous Warm Mineral Springs where the water maintains an average temperature of 87 degrees and offers spa and wellness treatments; and also the North Port YMCA where, for a small fee, one can enjoy their full size swimming pool. The beaches, charter boats and numerous other water activities are all within a 20-30 minute drive from the house; Disney World in Orlando is about 2 - 2 ½ hours.

There are so many beach areas to choose from, each offering a unique experience (Anna Maria Island, Longboat Key, Lido Key, Siesta Key, Casey Key, Venice, and Manasota Key). Closest to the house, all within a 20-30 minute drive, are the beaches of Venice (Venice Beach, Brohard Beach, Brohard Paw Park & Beach, Casperson Beach) and Manasota Key (Manasota Beach, Blind Pass Beach & Park, Englewood Beach, Stump Pass Beach & Park). If you don’t mind traveling a little bit further, within 40-45 minutes , is the world famous Siesta Key Beach with it’s fine, powdery, white sand.
