This house has a private walkway to spectacular Crescent Beach. You won't even see another person -- unless you want to! Then hit the beach for a swim or a walk (you can go for miles) there are restaurants and bars within walking distance, but once you're at the house you would never know it.

If you want, jump into the car and the world of zoo's, museums, architecture and history is yours. Dozens of parks and ecological destinations within miles. Rent a bike, board, horse or a kayak to see things from another angle-- but then again, it's not easy to leave that deck!

This is not a good house for young children in fact children under the age of ten are discouraged entirely-- there are many stairs and decks and walkways that are unsafe for children to play on.
