Ocean front Vacation Rental Ponte Vedra Beach, Large One Bedroom

Ponte Vedra Beach and Sawgrass are located in the northeast corner of St. Johns County, south of Jacksonville Beach along A1A. The community stretches along five miles of the Atlantic Ocean, aside carefully preserved wetlands. Many luxury condo communities have been built in this area in the last few years while older but quaint homes are sandwiched within. St. Johns County is the home of PGA TOUR and the ATP Association of Tennis Professionals Ponte-Vedra-Community. Annual tournaments attract people from around the world and the PGA Tour’s event is considered to be one of the largest and premiere golfing events in the world. There are more than 150 holes of golf and 60 tennis courts accessible to the area. Public beach access is limited however allowing Mickler’s Landing to be one of the nicer Beaches to enjoy in the area. The Guana State Preserve is also an incredible historic adventure to take in with it’s preserved natural abundance. A 2,600 acre preserve the park includes 17 historic or pre-historic cultural sites, including Wright’s Landing believed to be a 17th century Spanish mission.
