Fully Furnished, Sleeps 6, 1st Floor Unit with Water view

Enjoy this beautifully decorated fully furnished condo that sleeps 6. It's a ground floor unit with a nice view to the water, featuring a 47" LCD tv, dvd, stereo, and all the other amenities you need to have a fantastic vacation. The master bedroom has a King bed, wall mounted TV and features a double sink in the bathroom with a walk-in closet and separate commode area. The 2nd Bedroom has a Queen size bed, wall mounted TV and is very comfy. The futon in the river room opens to a Full size bed and is a complete 7" spring mattress that is very comfortable, (Not like some of the pull out sofas that are very uncomfortable). The kitchen seems larger than it is because the doorway wall area entering into the kitchen has been enlarged to give it a large open feeling. The Kitchen is equipped with cookware, utensils and anything else that you may need. There is plenty to keep you busy if you are into nature, like hiking or biking. Mud Springs and the Welaka State Forest is close by. If you prefer to relax and unwind, lay by the pool and catch up with your favorite novel. There is a boat dock to have your boat on-site while you are vacationing and it can be left in the water for the duration of your stay. Welaka is a small one red-light town with parks and recreation right in the town center. There is a local pharmacy and several watering holes that the locals and visitors alike enjoy. The closest grocery store is in Crescent City which is about a 15 to 20 minute drive. The corner convenience store has most items in stock, even fruit and you can buy fresh veggies right down the street.
