Corner unit, about 1100 square feet, with 2 screened porches, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with a full view of Pine Lake. Side window has a nice view of the pool and clubhouse, which offers water and clubhouse activities. Condo is well equipped, nicely furnished, and clean.
The condo is on the 2nd floor with steps to access the unit. It is a very easy, short drive to
the beach with many nearby bike paths.There are many good restaurants, some with
a full Gulf view.

Tax Rate 12.0%
First-time renters are required to submit an application to the condo association with a $100 application fee;
Check-in is at 4 pm (possibly earlier if cleaned earlier--needs owner's approval);
Check-out is at 11 am to allow enough to clean for the next renter(s);
Renters are required to wash and dry sheets, linens, and towels before checking out. (Cleaners do not have
enough time to be able to do that.);
The Security deposit will be returned if there is no damage and linens and towels are left cleaned for next renters. If 1203 Pine Lake Club renters do not vacate at the time and date that is covered by the agreed prepaid rent, they will be responsible for any rental or legal expenses associated with staying beyond that vacate date. Future renters who have paid for the following dates have to be able to access the condo on the agreed dates and times.
