This spacious condo has new owners and has been totally renovated, cleaned and updated! It has an elegant, serene beach theme. All new bedding and luxury linens with allergy protectors and bed bug protectors on mattresses and pillows. New carpet in bedrooms, all new furniture, freshly painted and new pots, pans, stainless and dishes!

Sleeps 8 with king in master, queen and twin bunks in guest bedroom and queen sofa sleeper in living room. Bunk beds not appropriate for adults. Dining table seats 6 and there are 3 stools at the kitchen bar. Master bath has oversized shower and jacuzzi tub! There is a comfy full size sofa on the balcony, great for taking naps!

There is a pocket door to the guest bedroom and hall bath that can be closed to use as it's own suite! Perfect when two couples are traveling together. Great privacy!

There is a 65" flat screen tv in living room and flat screen tvs in both bedrooms.

Beautiful grounds with gated entry and codes for beach access. We have 6 beach chairs and 3 umbrellas in the condo for your use! Two pools, one is heated and there is also a hot tub! Additionally there is an exercise room facing the Gulf!
