The Great-room is on 2nd floor with vaulted ceilings and an amazing ocean view from 12 x 35 foot pergola covered deck! Large living room area with room to spare! This space is ready for your whole group to watch a movie or the big game on the huge screen TV, play games, or enjoy long overdue conversation time while watching the sunset! In the fully appointed, gourmet kitchen, get ready to make cooking an event and enjoy a meal with your whole crew, and when it is all ready, everyone can sit at the farm table together! A walk in pantry is there to give you plenty of space to hold all your provisions right where you need them, but out of sight. Beach chairs, umbrella and cart are provided. If you need a break from the sand enjoy your own 12 x 27 salt water pool, and if you like your water warmer the pool can be heated (additional charges apply).
