Owner will pay for the cost of cleaning on departure of $185. Any cancellation we will go about re-booking and if successful can refund 80% of the money deposited. Most importantly, have a great time!

Any reservation inside 2 weeks will require payment by valid Visa or Mastercard. in addition to regular charges is a 3% processing fee for any card transaction.
