Sandpiper Bay Club is a very well kept complex with Naples Harbor and Gulf access. The view from our lanai is of the green space preserve and main pool and provides for a nice quiet setting. Two pools are close and very accessible. Shopping and restaurants are are about a mile away and easily walked on a course enjoyed by many walkers throughout the day. Our unit is an end unit with stairs separating us from the neighbors which helps maintain a level of privacy. The lanai is finished with sliding storm glass opening to the preserve providing a nice breakfast/lunch setting. The laundry room is very spacious with room for storage. We are very close to 5th Ave, Tin City, and many other attractions.

A 10% Florida State/Collier County tax is in addition to the monthly rate which we submit. Each lease requires a $500 deposit which is applied to the final payment. The $110 application fee is for an administrative background check (non-refundable) and for an association parking permit.
