It can accommodate up to 6 guests with two master suites – one king, and one queen with balcony – plus a queen sleeper sofa. All furniture is new, kitchen is fully equipped, and linens are provided.
Amelia Landings is a condominium resort made up of ten, 3-story buildings that are located 2 blocks from the beach. The natural setting is beautiful as you are surrounded by large oaks, palmettos and magnolias and steps away from the Egan’s Creek Greenway. This community features a swimming pool, tennis court, pétanque court and a walkway to the beach. Beach towels, boules, rackets and tennis balls are provided to enjoy these on-site amenities. For indoor fun there are books about local history and culture to peruse as well as games, puzzles, high speed WiFi and cable TV.

The unit is strictly non-smoking (including the deck) and pets are not permitted as per condo association rules.
