Spotless Clean
This is a cozy property very well equipped and in excellent condition. the neighborhood is located around a golf club and is very quiet. There are no sidewalks in the neighborhood but since the golf club is temporarily closed, there is a lot of space to walk around. We enjoyed very much our stay. We think that the check out time of 9 a.m. it's an inconvenience and we would suggest to change it to 11 am.

Thanksgiving Getaway
The villa was very clean and well stocked with everything we could possibly need. It was spacious and very tastefully decorated. Carrie was there upon check-in and gave us a personalized tour of the home and showed us where everything was. Carrie and Dave were great hosts and great to work with. We look forward to renting this home again the next time we return to Florida. Joe and Donna

Wonderful!!
We are "repeat visitors" to this villa. It is the perfect location for us to visit w family & close to town. David & Carrie are great to work with! The house is so well stocked there is no need to worry about having enough pots pans dishes etc if you want to cook. The beds are super comfortable as well! We will stay here again!!

A comfortable home fully stocked with all you might need. We would highly recommend it to anyone wishing to spend a vacation in Central Florida.
