Terrific house with spa, pool on canal
Excellent house divided into Master wing and Guest wings. Host was very accessible and helpful. Private pool and spa were great. Quiet and peaceful. We spent a lot of time in the Lanai, soaking up the good weather. Guest beds could have been a bit more comfortable, but there was ample space and privacy for the family.

Fantastic property !
Just spent 9 days in this fabulous villa, it is even better than it looks in the photographs. Great pool, hot tub and a couple of bikes which we used everyday to cycle into town. We will definitely be back. many thanks. Regards Dee & Graeme Spearman

Stay Sept. 4-11 along with Irma the hurricane
I love going to the house, it's so relaxing and fun, we go to the beach mid-day and the the pool in the evening. This year was not as fun having to leave with Irma hitting land and loosing 4 days of our stay. We been lucky in the past this time of year but this one bit us in the butt. We will be returning but maybe earlier in the year. This is a great place for a vacation, I tell anyone looking for a place to try this one. See you next year.

Great Value!
We spent the month of April in Jeff's home and hated to leave. The house is roomy, well-decorated, and has all the essentials for a long stay. We used the house as our home base while we traveled to Sarasota, Venice, Ft. Myers, Sanibel, Boca Grande, and even took a boat from Ft. Myers to Key West for a couple days. It was a bit cool for a swim, but the hot tub got a lot of use. We hope to visit Punta Gorda again soon.

Lovely stay in beautiful location!
Nothing better than spending the month of March in Florida when you live in Michigan, unless it's staying in a lovely home in Punta Gorda Jeff's property is decorated so nicely and we had everything we needed for a great stay. Having the heated pool was awesome and although a cold front came in the second week we were there and we didn't use it for several days, we still had plenty of time to enjoy it. My husband spent many hours fishing the canal. He caught several snook, mangrove snappers, sheepshead, a jack and a 25 lb. black drum. He has fished the canals for many years during visits to his parents when they lived in Punta Gorda and the black drum was the largest fish that he has ever caught fishing the canals. Needless to say he was one happy fisherman. Overall our stay was very enjoyable and although we did encounter a couple of minor issues, these were easily corrected and would in no way stop us from coming back, in fact we are planning to return next March and we can't wait!
