With 1700 square feet of living space, this split bedroom layout is perfect for couples, families or friends traveling together. The master suite with the bathroom suite is on one side of the home, with the living room, dining room, kitchen, and family room separated from the other bedrooms and bathroom. The home has a floor plan for entertaining, yet plenty of privacy for all.
The living room has comfortable furniture and provides an ideal opportunity for entertaining and enjoying the wide screen flat high-def TV or simply to relax. The queen size sleeper sofa in the living room and the sofa bed in the family room as well as ALL the other furniture in the whole house is brand new and purchased in 2017!
There is a total of four (4) televisions in the home and cable TV and Wifi is provided. A screened in lanai and caged pool area are perfect for entertaining and hanging out with the family. Sit on the patio overlooking the canal or head to the dock for your morning coffee.
Bring the outdoors in by opening all three fully retractable sliding glass doors to enjoy the fresh air and breeze. The house has central air as well for those hotter days. There is an avocado tree in the backyard and a lime tree in the front. Help yourself to any of the ripe fruit! Enjoy it while it is there!
The kitchen includes range/stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, various small kitchen appliances and all eating/cooking utensils, and freezer. Our dining area is next to the kitchen and has a table to accommodate 4 people but also expands for a family of 6. The Master Bedroom Suite features a King sized-sized pillow top bed, TV, a large walk-in closet, walk-in shower with a water closet and large vanity area. Bedroom #2 has a Queen-sized memory foam mattress, walk-in closet, and chest of drawers.This room has views of the pool and the canal. Bedroom #3 has 2 pillow top twin sized beds, walk-in closet and chest of drawers. The other bathroom is located off the pool area so it's easily accessible when enjoying the outdoor area.
This home is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities you need. This is truly a home, not just a vacation rental, furnished with everything you could possibly need for a lovely, fun-filled vacation! Come for a weekend Girls-Getaway, a week's long family vacation or your home away from home monthly rental! You won't be disappointed!

Relaxation in a very well equipped and above all newly renovated house with a great location right on the canal. Everything is there to feel comfortable. The pool - an absolute dream, the water access right on the garden. We can highly recommend this accommodation for a stay in Cape Coral. We also want to mention the friendly contact with Suzan before and during the stay. 5 Stars!
