With 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms (one bath & one en-suite shower room), our house very comfortably sleeps 6 people. Our kitchen is fully equipped. We are only 300yds from the beach, which is quiet & traffic free with a pedestrian crossing at end of street & beach shower facilities including playground for the kids! Great local amenities including local store, dining & even an ice cream shop. Off street parking and a fully fenced back yard so your family pet is welcome. We have a full size washer & dryer, dishwasher, internet & cable TV, DVD player so make our home, your ‘home-from-home’! There is also a breakfast bar & fully screened outside Florida Room with dining table, grill and fan to enjoy those long sunny evenings. We provide all bedding and towels, including beach towels.

This is a great location for families or couples and is close to Daytona Beach, 50 minutes to historic St Augustine and only 90 minutes drive from the major attractions in Orlando.
