SPECTACULAR VIEWS FROM THIS BEAUTIFUL 2BR/2BTH 5th floor condominium which sits directly across the street from the ocean in Ormond by the Sea. Enjoy unobstructed views of the ocean from almost every room of the condo. Sit on your balcony and watch the sunrise and listen to the relaxing sounds of the ocean. Enjoy a book or swimming on the uncrowded and quiet beach. This condominium has been completely redone. All the furnishings and appliances are brand new. The kitchen has white shaker cabinets and granite countertops and is stocked with new dishes, pots, glassware and flatware. It also has a Keurig coffee machine for your convenience. There is a washer/dryer in the unit. This unit has new vinyl flooring throughout and it sleeps four with a king sized bed in the master bedroom and two full sized beds in the guest bedroom. There are three smart flat screen TV's. The living room and master bedroom's TV's are cable connected and the guestroom TV is WiFi connected. There is free WiFi throughout the unit. The condo comes equipped with beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, & a beach cart. There is a portable high chair and a pack and go for your convenience. We also have an array of board games and card games to enjoy. This floor, the 5th floor, is the top floor of the building so there is no one above you. This complex offers a covered parking spot and a community pool and is only 3.6 miles to a Publix grocery store. Ormond by the Sea is approximately 16 miles to Daytona International Speedway and Daytona International Airport, 20 minutes to Bike Week festivities, and 20 minutes to Spring Break. It is about 40 minutes to downtown St. Augustine, 1 hour to Jacksonville & 1 hour and 15 minutes to Orlando. I am sorry, we do not rent to smokers at all. Smokers will be asked to leave & your prepaid rent not refunded to you. We have made our condo our vision of a beach house getaway! After all, the beach is outside your door! We are very proud of the results of our makeover and we want you to feel at home. The hope is for you to relax and enjoy your stay, so we tried to made things as easy and comfortable as possible for you! I am sorry, we do not rent to six adults as the condo is just not large enough to comfortably accommodate six adults.
