The apartment B has the same equipment as apartment A. 2 bedrooms, 2 fully equipped bathrooms. Kitchen complete with all devices including a microwave, dishwasher, ice maker, etc. Balcony somewhat smaller than apartment A.
The 'Villa Nova' is a beautiful, lone-standing holiday home with 2 holiday apartments, directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Each apartment has 2 bedrooms (each apartment 1 king size bed and 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchens (dishwasher, stove, microwave, large fridge-freezer, washing machine, dryer). The inviting living room-dining room is directly separated through a glass window and leads to a stunning, large terrace with a side view. Both apartments are fully equipped with WLAN, TV, video, DVD, HiFi, a/c. 5 bicycles, 2 children bicycles and beach equipment are available. Moreover, the 'Villa Nova' has fitness devices. The peaceful location invites you to go on walks and excursions. Outlets and shops nearby. Near the villa you will find 60 golf courses. 135 miles to Disney World, MGM Studios, Epcot Center, Seaworld and Universal Studios.
Great apartment & excellent location
We had a lovely time on Anna Maria Island and in Villa Nova. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable and everything we could have possible needed was there. The location was very good too; just a short stroll and we were on the gorgeous beach and into the clear blue sea. We were lucky to find ripened mangos on the tree next to the house, which were delicious. I wish AMI was a bit closer to where we live, so revisiting was easier! We would certainly not hesitate staying here again. Communication with Philip & Titia was great too, and we wish them all the best!

Great vacation at a reasonable price!
Our family had a wonderful, relaxing stay at this property! There were games, books, bicycles & beach gear and to top it off you are a stones throw from the beautiful white sandy beach. Having two teen boys it was wonderful not to hear "I'm bored"! The accommodations were great, it felt like a home away from home. The property owners were helpful through the whole booking process and the realtor was wonderful as well. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much for opening your home to us!
