Our Clean & Cozy Beach Front Condo sleeps 4, with a Comfortable King Size Bed and Queen Size Sleeper sofa. We have a Fully Equipped Kitchen, Full Size Washer/Dryer, High Speed Internet, Computer, Printer, 37' LCD Flat Screen TV.

Clean condo! Great location by the beach!
We could not get into the property on Sat night. When I called the owners said that cleaning crew did not come on Saturday. They thought we were coming in on Sunday! They had to come over and clean before we could get in. Unsure why they did not check on when we were arriving! We had not made any changes. It was all on the computer.

Relaxing and peace-filled vacation!!
Thanks so much for sharing your charming condo-home with my husband and I! The fun, upscale decor gave me a smile each time I walked in, and walking under the 'tunnel of flowers' from the parking lot was a true joy! We were blessed to have filled our days with floating and snorkeling in our beloved gulf waters, kayaking, riding the bikes that were provided, and strolling along the beach. It was a welcome break from our hectic, fast-paced lives!! (Also, much thanks to Kathi for fixing a stubborn bike seat so quickly after I called! Fantastic beachfront condo.
This condo is tastefully decorated and had amenities that you usually have to bring with you or buy such as beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, bikes, and beach toys. Owners are punctual in answering questions. I would definitely recommend this condo to friends.

Fabulous Time!
We were so impressed with everything, amenities, view, and beautiful condo! It had everything you could ask for and more. Beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean! Ed & Kathi are a pleasure to work with! We have been coming to Sanibel for at least 6 years and this is a first time we have rented by owner, it's the only way to go!

Quiet, laid-back, wonderfu!
My wife and I stayed at this property Jan 1-6, 2014. The location, condo development, and condo itself exceeded our expectations. The property is very well kept up and the unit itself is nearly perfect. The unit had all of the amenities we needed (loved that we were able to have access to bikes!). We were so glad we chose Sanibel over Fort Myers for our first time in Southwest FL. We enjoyed how quiet the area is. The condo had amazing views and Ed and Kathi made renting VERY easy. We will not hesitate to return to this same condo and rent again if we decide to return to this area.
