Cancellation Policy
Canceled bookings will not receive a refund. Cancellations Refunds are subject to property manager’s ability to re-rent the accommodation. If the home is re-rented we will issue a refund in the amount we were able to re-rent the property for. We do not make any sort of guarantee that we will be able to rent the property for what was paid originally. There will be no refund if the home is not able to be re-rented.

Property Rules
House Rental Rules
Smoking is allowed outside only.
People other than those in the Guest Party set forth above may not stay overnight in the
property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of the guest.
The house is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or
illness or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The homeowner(s) are
not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting
this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm
arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Only use appliances for their intended
uses.
Pets are permitted only with the prior approval and the Pet Addendum must be
completed.
PARKING: Parking is limited to 4 vehicle(s). Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking
areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to
towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are
included in the house, daily maid service is not included in the renal rate. We supply beach
towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the house.
Hot Tub: No children under the age of 10 are permitted in the hot tub at any time without
adult supervision. When in the hot tub, remember there is a certain health risk associated
with this facility. Use at you own risk.
Storms: If there is a storm or hurricane, no refunds will be given unless:
1.1 The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a “Tropical Storm /
Hurricane warning area”.
1.2 “Tropical Storm / Hurricane warning area” and/or a “mandatory evacuation order
has been given for the Tropical Storm / Hurricane Warning” area of residence of a
vacationing guest.
1.3 The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in the
Tropical Storm / Hurricane Warning area, we will refund any unused portion
of rent from a guest currently registered; Any such portion of rent a guest that is
scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, to come in after the
Hurricane Warning is lifted.
1.4 Any advanced rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled
to arrive during the “Hurricane Warning” period

Beautiful! Absolutely amazing property and location!
Anna Maria Island was the perfect vacation spot for our family and we absolutely loved this property. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to keep the family happy. The pool and space around it was perfect after spending our mornings at the beach, just a short walk down Magnolia Ave. There are several great restaurants near the Bay, also only a short walk away. Great shopping super close on Pine Avenue. There are three ice cream shops all within walking distance. Beach towels, chairs, and a wagon were in the garage. We left sand toys we purchased for future guests. Once here there is no need to leave the island! Publix is close by for groceries and we had a great fishing charter without Captain Wes Wildman. The entire feel here is relaxed and enjoyable. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. We plan to return!!!

Phenomenal vacation spot!
Gorgeous home from top to bottom. Everything to make your stay comfortable from the ample comfortable beds, multiple bathrooms, elevator, the stunning open concept modern kitchen, beautiful grounds and heated pool. The list goes on! Steps to local restaurants and beaches as well. I wouldn’t have changed a thing!! Definitely on my favourites list!! Rudy & Mary Barrie, Ontario Canada
