Step onto our quiet lagoon-side property in Maya Beach with lots of wildlife such as iguanas, birds, agoutis, etc.
The beach is just two minutes away and we are located very close to great restaurants and bars, and a supermarket!
The apartment is very spacious, clean and tidy, and has its own little garden with lounge chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, a toaster, cooking utensils, a full-size fridge, a stove with oven, cable TV, a large couch, a coffee table and a bar dining table with two chairs. There is also lots of storage and a small computer desk. Wi-Fi and hot water are available.
The bedroom has A/C and with the open concept, you can enjoy the cool air in the whole apartment.

The garden was beautiful and there were many birdsongs
The garden was beautiful and there were many birdsongs! However, the thin blanket and 1 pillow a piece, a large roach, and a house gecko kept my rating from being a 5. That being said, the place was clean, and it may be what can happen in the tropics! Also, Simone gave me an extra blanket and pillows as soon as I asked, and she was very friendly. We felt safe, the shower was good, and it was peaceful sleeping amidst the bird calls!!

Great restaurants, bars and supermarket nearby.
Set in a quiet cul-de-sac, with mature trees for shade. Great restaurants, bars and supermarket nearby. Interesting wildlife easily observed. Any problems quickly resolved. Beer, pop truck to the door delivery every week. A/C and dehumidifier very effective it made the apartment very comfortable. Herbert and Simone very helpful. We would return again.
