The view from #2204 offers great view of the ocean and South Shoreline looking toward downtown Myrtle Beach. This unit was recently renovated. Three balconies are included in the floor plan with a private balcony adjacent to the master bedroom and kitchen. The floor plan also includes a formal foyer and dining room, large living room, split bedrooms for privacy, central air conditioning and heat, two walk in closets, two spacious baths, fully equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and garbage disposal system. Note: weeks are Sat- Sat, weekly only.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has two full or double size beds. The unit also has a roll a way bed for extra persons or child allowing the unit to sleep six comfortably. The Living Room has a 55" High Definition TV with DVR player. Both bedrooms have LCD HD TV's. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is also inside the unit for your convenience. Linens are provided and included in the rental rate.

During the peak season, May 24 - Sept 2 we have reserved one umbrella & 2 beach chairs for Unit #2204 and they are provided by the Lifeguard Beach Service. They will be set up each day and reserved for your rental week in front of the Maisons~sur~Mer. The owner of Unit #2204 provides this for you as a way of saying "Thank you" for the business. (extra beach chairs will be in the unit or storage area for your use)

A great beach vacation
The condo was clean and neat and beautifully decorated. The entire facility was friendly and secure. We enjoyed a carefree week of relaxation at a reasonable price. We will be back and will try to have the same place.
