You'll love this beach house for your family vacation. 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath, sleeps 6, nice new kitchen, open concept living room/ dining room, large flat screen tv, expanded cable, internet, 3 outdoor decks to take advantage of that awesome ocean air, the second-floor deck has a wonderful ocean view, fenced in backyard with a deck , grill and a propane cooker with a large pot for cooking lobsters and steamers, just a 2-3 minute walk to the beach, nice beachy decor, super clean, very well maintained beach house. Cancellation Policy
We operate a ‘No Cancellation Policy’. However, we do understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel and we are able to rent your week to someone else, you will receive a 90% refund. If we are not able to rent your week, your payment will be forfeited.
Property Rules
Our weekly rate 2750.00
9% NH room tax 247.50
Refundable security deposit 500.00
Total $3497.50 US Dollars with the refundable security deposit.
We accept personal checks and bank certified checks. US funds.
We require half of the total ($1748.75) at booking and the other half (1748.75) is due 6 weeks before check-in.
The $500 security deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks of check-out provided there is no damage and the house is left clean. Total you end up paying after security deposit return is $2,997.50, that is the weekly rate including the 9% NH room tax.

Absolutely Beautiful Beach House
My family & I were Lu & Freds 1st renters in 2013 at there stunning beach house & have been renting the same week in July ever since ! This beach house is quite exceptional, the views from the top balcony are wonderful and there are also “2” other decks in which you can sit back and relax on. The home is always impeccably clean and ready to enjoy once you arrive. You are able to walk to the beach which is only minutes away to the almost private beach, which we LOVE. You are only a short distance from the strip at Hampton Beach but yet far enough away to enjoy the quietness of North Beach. Lu & Fred have always been very gracious and are wonderful host. In a nut shell we are VERY HAPPY RENTERS !!!!! Jennifer

Loved this Beach House!
My husband and I rented this home for the first time in July 2017. The owners, Lu and Fred, were extremely nice, as they greeted us and showed us around the house, and gave us their tips about the area. Friends and family joined us for a day here and there, and were all quite impressed with the beautiful decor and great beach location! The decks are amazing to sit out and enjoy the salt air and relax in the sunshine or shade. The grounds are well-maintained, and the house is kept pleasantly clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable! We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home, and hope to return next summer! Quality family time
Having grown up at the North Beach, I was so happy to find such a beautiful spot to rent. The love and care Lu & Fred have put into this home shows everywhere you look. Every convenience was at our fingertips. Truly there was nothing more we could have asked for. The beach is a two minute walk, and some of us actually made it in to the cold Atlantic. We enjoyed a great week of weather, and headed to Kittery ME. on our one rainy day. A shopping day is always a must!! We had three generations together and we all had a great time.

Fabulous Beach House
My family has been vacationing in Hampton Beach for over 50 years and absolutely love it. I have stayed at many different beach houses over the years and 3 years ago we started renting this one and it has been the best one we have ever stayed in!!! Lu and Fred are fabulous hosts and keep the house in wonderful condition!! It is very clean, has all the amenities you would need, a remarkable ocean view from the upstairs bedroom and 1 block from the beach!!! What more could you ask for!!!! We would easily recommend this house and plan on renting here for many more years to come!!!
